The Sports Conditioning Specialist: Tennis provides conditioning programs, workout routines, and exercises for players to improve their fitness and their game. This course will benefit players of all ages and ability levels, and is a great resource for coaches and teaching professionals.

CEC Learning Objectives

  2. Learn the 17 Tennis Specific Fitness Tests to access your tennis player s conditioning needs.
  3. Learn Tennis Specific flexibility exercises to optimizing range of motion (ROM) and reduce the risk of injury with 21 tennis specific stretches.
  4. Learn to build a solid power base for tennis performance with more than 50 strength training exercises and workouts.
  5. Learn to maximize stamina and endurance even during the longest tennis match.
