The Sports Conditioning Specialist: Martial Arts Certification provides a solid foundation of the necessary requirements for optimal performance in the martial arts and illustrates over 80 exercises to help increase your strength, flexibility, endurance, and power. The focus in the course is performance improvement in all areas of importance-flexibility, strength, endurance, aerobic and anaerobic output, and agility.The main goal is to improve performance in all these areas.

CEC Learning Objectives
  1. Learn the critical fundamentals to Martial Arts success: development of the key IFPA Components of Fitness (1) Strength; (2) Speed; (3) Power; (4) Anaerobic Endurance; (5) Aerobic Endurance; (6) Agility; (7) Balance; (8) Coordination; (9) Flexibility; (10) Body Composition.
  2. Learn Program Design encompassing ALL Martial Arts, including: Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, Aikido, Jujitsu, Kenpo and other Martial Arts Forms.
  3. Learn all the exercises described in the text and practice them to Master high proficiency. These exercises are specific to improve the execution of Martial Arts technique.
  4. Learn specific Program Design for Martial Arts specifi9c conditioning needed to master your discipline.
  5. Learn to access your Martial Arts clients, develop customized exercise prescriptions and program design targeted at optimizing development of all their weakness and Master flawless execution of the exercises.
