Functional Muscle Training Specialist Certification

The Functional Muscle Training Specialist Certification will teach you the exercises that are most beneficial to various training goals and outcomes as well as providing you with specific training tools to correct imbalances in the body that prevent the optimization of muscle, joint, nerve and biomedical functions.

The enclosed DVD will walk you through the weight training readiness test, demonstrates proper technique for specific weight training exercises, and offers forms and scoring sheets to help you analyze your ability to train your clients effectively.

Course Learning Objectives
  1. Learn the biomechanically correct technique for proper strength training.
