Host Agreement Application | |
The IFPA would like to welcome
you and your staff to review the IFPA Host Facility Program.
Enclosed you will find the Host Facility Agreement that outlines
the responsibilities of both your facility and the IFPA for the
IFPA Certification Preparatory Workshop (s) being held at your
location. Also, enclosed is basic information about the IFPA and
the many certification programs that we currently
offer.
IFPA Approved Continuing Education
Providers are leaders in fitness education dedicated to promoting
healthy lifestyles throughout the world. Your involvement as an IFPA
Provider will assist IFPA Certified Professionals in staying current
in the constantly evolving fields of health, fitness, wellness, and
nutrition.
To take a proctored
exam, you must first fill out and submit the Proctor Application,
and be approved by the testing department prior to administering
any IFPA Exams. The proctor must complete their respective
areas and sign and date in the proper areas. For more
