My best success story yet, is having helped a 95-year old client walk again.

Compassion and Patience, which I have learned through working with seniors. Also, my character and personality help me a lot in this field. I think this is what sets me apart from other trainers.
How do you envision growing your personal training business?
I plan to write a book that includes easy and practical exercises for seniors.
What is your best advice to someone just starting their career as a personal trainer?
Be responsible, respectful and kind. Be a role model and provide the best service to your clients.

Technology has innovated so much and improved the fitness industry by making workout equipment more accessible and easier to use and understand.
What was the hardest challenge you had to overcome in your personal training career?
The hardest challenge for me was learning how to work with seniors, by understanding the physiology of the body as it ages.
