Know your clients’ fitness level, modify the exercise/routine to their ability, make it fun and keep it safe. It is very rewarding to watch someone grow physically and become more confident in themselves.

I was diagnosed with having borderline hypertension and made a conscious decision to improve my health and change my life. Once I saw the changes it made in my life I wanted to be able to share that knowledge and experience with others.
After finishing my sports career, I could not imagine doing anything else, but coaching and teaching others. Therefore, I chose this profession. I like to train, train and see the results of my clients.
