What made you choose a career in personal fitness training?

The challenges and triumphs you face every day with your clients.

How long have you been a Personal Trainer?

7 years now.

What made you choose the IFPA?

My friends are top, qualified and they are IFPA certified.  I also did research to check what’s best. That’s why I have chosen IFPA.

If you have taken more than our PFT course, what has been your favorite certification course?

Sports medicine specialist.

What are some adjectives your clients would use to describe you?

The best, the educated, the educator, funny, the therapist, our reason for committing.

What qualities set you apart from other personal trainers? Education? Experience?

  • I have more than 25 certifications.
  • I have changed the lives of so many clients.
  • Being an IFPA Instructor, the knowledge I have, the research I make, the continuing education I give, like functional training, kettlebells, ….. and the education I still receive.

I live by a rule that says “we start dying when we stop learning.”

What aspect of personal fitness training do you like most?

Changing people’s lives.

What is your best success story?

Being an instructor with IFPA and a Club Manager in a very big facility and the love and appreciation of the owners, employees, and clients.

How has the PFT business changed since you started?

It’s still growing and relying more on education, and science, more than experience alone.

How do you envision growing your personal training business?

For now, it’s going great. I already had a goal to be an irreplaceable teacher, and now, I’m chasing my next goal of being second to none as a club manager. The sky’s the limit.

What was the hardest challenge you had to overcome in your personal training career?

Getting to know the personality of each client to master the communication with each individual.

What is your best advice to someone just starting their career as a personal trainer?

It’s not only about training, it’s about coaching.

Listen twice the amount you speak.

Coach from the heart and train from the brain.
