The Advanced Plyometric continuing education course is designed to provide you with the principles of high intensity plyometric training to the development of long and short term training programs to increase upper, core and lower body power.  This course was developed with advanced plyometric  subject matter area including: the science of plyometrics, plyometrics techniques for the lower body, legs & hips, trunk & upper body training, sport specific plyometric training, how to build power through plyometric training and much more!
