COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Bodyweight Strength Training CEU has 156 bodyweight exercises designed to increase strength, build mass, burn fat, and define muscles. Use Bodyweight Strength Training Workouts to train your clients almost anywhere, at any time without weights, machines, or equipment that will cost more than the course. To enhance the learning experience, this course also includes lessons on anatomy to highlight not only muscles, but bones, ligaments, and tendons.
