Egg Custard Pie
A healthier holiday dessert recipe, but just as tasty as the rest. Our Egg Custard Pie is a must-add to any festive feast!
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk-( your preference- we use whole milk)
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½-1 cup sugar ( we use ½ cup- if you want it sweeter use 1 cup)
- 1 uncooked pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Mix well and pour into pie shell.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the middle of the pie is firm to touch.
Let cool, and serve with berries!
