Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

This rich, creamy pie layers silky chocolate mousse and peanut butter mousse in a flaky crust for the ultimate indulgent yet protein-packed dessert.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- Pie crust of your choosing
Chocolate Mousse:
Ingredients:
- 1 large avocado
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- ½ cup of milk (of your choosing)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tsp espresso powder
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- While the chocolate cools, blend the avocado, milk, vanilla extract, honey, salt, and espresso powder (if using) until smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate to the blender and blend again until fully combined.
- Pour the mousse over your prepared pie crust and refrigerate until it begins to set.
Note: If the mixture seems too thick, add a little more milk—it will thicken further as it chills.
Peanut Butter Mousse:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ cup peanut butter
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the peanut butter mousse evenly over the chilled chocolate layer.
- Return to the fridge for at least 2-3 hours to allow the layers to fully set.
Enjoy!
