Collard Greens

Healthy Collard Greens Recipe

Ingredients:
1lb fresh collard greens, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
and 1 15oz can of stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Add olive oil, garlic, onion and jalapeno to saucepan,
Cook for 5 minutes, until onions are translucent
Add greens
Once the greens are cooked down add the tomatoes
Cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes

Enjoy with some protein like baked pork chops, chicken or grilled hamburger steak!
