Dill Relish Sea Bass

Tender, flaky sea bass baked with a zesty dill relish for a light, flavorful dish. Quick, easy, and perfect for a fresh, healthy meal!
Ingredients:
- 4 Sea Bass Fillets, approz 4 ounce each, preferably wild caught
- 2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp capers
- 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp stone ground mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 lemon, quartered
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Roughly mince the capers.
- In a small bowl, mix the red onion, capers, dill, mustard, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place each sea bass fillet on a square of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the dill relish evenly over each fillet, then fold the foil to seal.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Squeeze fresh lemon over the fillets before serving.
