Dill Relish Sea Bass

Tender, flaky sea bass baked with a zesty dill relish for a light, flavorful dish. Quick, easy, and perfect for a fresh, healthy meal!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Sea Bass Fillets, approz 4 ounce each, preferably wild caught
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp stone ground mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, quartered

Directions:

  1.  Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Roughly mince the capers.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the red onion, capers, dill, mustard, and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Place each sea bass fillet on a square of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the dill relish evenly over each fillet, then fold the foil to seal.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon over the fillets before serving.
