Early Morning Tonic

Ingredients:
1 thick slice of lemon
2 Tbsp parsley leaves
1 Tbps crystalized ginger
1/2 tsp of honey (locally sources are HIGHLY recommended)
10oz hot water

Directions:
Add ingredients from lemon to honey into a cup
Pour 4oz of hot water into the cup
Mash with spoon
Add remaining hot water
and Enjoy
