Greek Chicken & Potatoes

This is a recipe straight from Mrs. Bell’s Kitchen. A quick and easy healthy recipe for those hectic days!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lbs. chicken (breast or thighs can be used) 
  • 4 large russet potatoes 
  • 2 lemons, juiced 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • Oregano 
  • Garlic powder 
  • Salt and pepper 

  
Directions: 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Quarter potatoes lengthwise and add to pan as well. Drizzle with lemon juice and the olive oil, then add above dry seasonings to personal preference, and cook 40 to 45 mins or until the chicken is cooked al the way though.
