Mahi Tacos with Mango Salsa

A delightful blend of tender mahi-mahi, zesty mango salsa, and a hint of lime, all wrapped in a warm tortilla for a burst of tropical flavor in every bite.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb. Of fresh Mahi 
  • ½ lemon juiced 
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped cilantro 
  • ½ tsp olive oil 
  • Salt pepper  
  • Corn tortilla shells 
  • Lettuce - shredded 2 cups 
  •  ½ tomato chopped 
  • 1 mango peeled and chopped 
  • 1/3 onion chopped 
  • ½ lemon juiced 

 

Directions: 

Wash the Mahi. Squeeze lemon juice in small bowl add olive oil stir then drizzle over, Mahi sprinkle chopped cilantro over Mahi sprinkle salt and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes. Cook over medium hot grill for 4-6 minutes on each side.  

In a small bowl mix mango, onion, and tomato. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. 

Heat tortilla fold in half. Place lettuce, Mahi, and finally, spoon the Mango Salsa over Mahi.
