No Bake Fudge Protein Bites

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup pitted dates (medjool are the best)
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp local honey (always local for added health benefits!)
- A few teaspoons of water
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped semi sweet dark chocolate
Directions:
Add oats to food processor until flour like consistency.
Add dates, peanut butter, and honey.
Add a few (a very little a time) of water to make dough come together but NOT sticky.
Add cocoa and protein powder.
Once completely combined, remove from food processor and into a small bowl.
Add the dark chocolate.
Mix until combined, divide with a tablespoon, should create 12 equal portions.
Freeze for 10 minutes or place in fridge for at least 20 mins to let them set.
