Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Dr. Bell's new favorite protein shake. Mix it up this fall season with some pumpkin in your smoothie. Put down the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino and serve up this Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake!

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder- Raw Grass-Fed Whey (unflavored)
  • 1 scoop Collagen-Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 8 oz whole milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¼-½ tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 Banana
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin puree-Libby Pumpkin
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp sugar with ¼ tsp nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice. Mix together and dip the dampened rim of the glass into the mixture

Place in blender, mix thoroughly, and pour into a sugar-rimmed glass. If you want a special treat for yourself or someone else...top with whipped cream!
