Roasted Butternut Squash
Enjoy the natural sweetness of butternut squash, perfectly caramelized and seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients:
1 Butternut Squash, medium in size
2 TBSP maple syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut squash in half
Scrape the middle and remove all seeds
Place the squash cut side down onto cookie sheet
Bake for 45 minutes (A fork will easily pierce the skin when it is fully cooked)
When done turn over and drizzle the maple syrup over the squash.
For an extra touch of autumn, mix in nuts and berries to enhance both texture and flavor.
