When can I reach someone at the office?

Our regular office hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST)
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

What are the scheduled office closures for 2025?

Our team works hard year-round, but there are moments when we step away to recharge and spend time with our loved ones. Here’s our lineup of office closures for 2025. Regular operations will pause during these times, but email support will still be available (details below).

• _{^{January 17 - 20: Honoring Martin Luther King Jr. Day with a long weekend.}}

• _{^{February 14 - 17: A nod to Presidents Day—celebrating leadership and love.}}

• _{^{May 23 - 26: Memorial Day weekend—a time for remembrance and gratitude.}}

• _{^{June 14 - 29: Summer block leave. Think sunshine, relaxation, and rejuvenation.}}

• _{^{July 4 - 7: Independence Day celebrations—cue the fireworks and BBQs!}}

• _{^{August 29 - September 1: Labor Day weekend—a salute to hardworking individuals everywhere.}}

• _{^{October 10 - 13: Observing Columbus Day with a brief hiatus.}}

• _{^{November 8 - 11: Veterans Day—paying tribute to those who have served.}}

• ^{_{November 27 - 28: Thanksgiving. The office will be closed all day on November 27. On November 28, we’ll open for a half day from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST).}}

Will email support still be available if the office is closed?

Even when our office doors are shut and phones are quiet, we’re not completely off the grid! Email will be checked occasionally and handled based on urgency. If your message is mission-critical, we’ll make sure it gets the attention it needs. If it can wait, we’ll catch up after our break. Thanks for letting us recharge so we can come back ready to serve you better!
